“Xpression- Snap works coast to coast”

“The Xsnap was recommended to me by one of our sales directors.  It is extremely lightweight, versatile, quick to set-up and visually unique.  I now use them coast to coast (11 complete set-ups).  Overall, I find them cost effective for shipping costs and panel replacements instead of the heavier and more expensive lambda style booth.  Our sales staff loves them after they got used to them.  They are very eye catching and attract attention -- not a bad thing in a sea of booths.   It is important to note they do need to be deployed properly to avoid snapped pieces and the panels need to be folded to eliminate wrinkles.  Both very manageable from a training angle. Needless to say, they work great for us. "I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN..... when talking about John and Exhibit Solutions!!!!!! 

We have been doing business with him for over 15 years and have done some of the largest trade show booth orders I have ever encountered. For just one of my clients ... well over 300 booths ranging in size from 6ft Table Tops to 10ft Floor models.

He and his organization are professional, courteous and extremely fast!!!  You need to know in the 15 plus years we have been dealing with John he has NEVER missed a deadline. The graphics organization he has backing him up is one of the largest and most advanced in the country.

As far the Xpressions booths .... I have ordered them off of John. They are very interesting and unique booths as the graphics remain on them at all times ... even when packed away. I did a demo to State Street Corporation not to long ago on this very booth.

Leads have a short shelf life

To get the most out of the leads from your show, swift follow-up is essential. But unfortunately research indicates that 80% of leads are wasted because of inadequate or untimely follow-up. So be sure your company isn’t included in that statistic, make follow-up part of your pre-show plan. Collate information packages in advance, generate a mail merge letter thanking visitors and providing them with the name of the sales person who will be contacting them soon, build a personalized email to broadcast, or turn the leads over to an internal or external telemarketing team.Whichever methods you choose to use, strive to implement it within 3 to 5 days following your event.

Here are some tips that could effect your success level.
Selecting the right show to attend can make a big difference to your success level, qualified leads and sales—versus spending money, time and energy with no return.

1. Ask Questions
The first questions you should be asking are "who do you want to reach at the show?" and "what do you want to have happen?"

2. Identify Shows
There are two groups of shows you should be evaluating: the shows you are presently attending, and the shows you want to consider for future participation. Who is your target market and which shows do they attend?
